Our Brand New Phase
Missed our grand show home opening event in June? No worries! Explore the new show home parade at the Breakfast for all the opportunities Fireside has to offer. This new Phase 11 hosts various product types ranging from single-family from the $570’s, semi-detached and street towns both starting from the $480’s. Perfectly located next to the upcoming Central Park (opening Fall 2023), phase 11 boasts close proximity to all of Fireside’s amenities and schools with added privacy as it is further into the community. The new Central Park will feature a state-of-the-art playground, toboggan hill, pump tracks, firepits and more!
